PTFE coated fabricsPTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) is a Thermoplastic which has the properties of high chemical resistance, no-reaction to some kinds of chemicals , solvents , acids and bases, and high-temperature resistance ( up to 280 C ). With the properties described as above, the PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) has been widely used to cover or coat the surfaces of many materials especially those with high-temperature resistant properties. Fiberglass fabrics, which are made from fiberglass yarn woven into sizes and types of thickness and are able to withstand temperatures of up to 350 C, are also used as base fabrics for coating with PTFE ( Polytetrafluoroethylene) to increase their properties of chemical resistance, and to improve flexibility and abrasion resistance. Our PTFE coated fiberglass Fabrics are suitable for usage in the production of Removable Insulation Jackets / Removable Insulation Covers and Expansion Joints. We have supplied PTFE coated fiberglass fabrics in many sizes ,data information is shown below;
**PE01 = one-side-PTFE coated , PE02 = two-sides-PTFE coated**
